MY HUSBAND GOT AN UPGRADE FROM MTN TO THE NEW Q5. LESS THEN MONTH LATER HE SAW A SPOT ON THE SCREEN. A DAY LATER THE SPOT HAD BECOME BIGGER. WE TOOK IT TO THE SAME STORE WE GOT THE UPGRADE FROM THEY SENT IT OFF TO BE CHECKED ONLY YO TO BACK WITH WATER DAMAGE. THIS PHONE WAS NEVER DROPPED OR PUT IN WATER OR NEAR WATER. THE PHONE WAS NOT SENT TO BLACK BERRY FOR TESTING BUT TO MTN ITS SELF. THE LADY AT THE MTN SHOP STATED HERSELF THAT THE LCD WAS DAMAGED BUT MTN COMES BACK WITH WATER DAMAGE . THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WATER DAMAGE HAS BEEN A REASON FOR A PHONE NOT WORKING. IS THIS THE ONLY REASON MTN CAN GOVE FOR A PHONE NOT WORKING SO THE COMPNAY DOESNT HAVE TO REPLACE THE PHONE. ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, IF THE PHONE IS LESS THEN 6 MONTHS OLD THE SERVICE PROVIDER EITHER NEEDS TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR FIX IT FREE OF CHARGE. SO WHEN DO I COLLECT MY NEW PHONE
