Cell C has made my 1st experience the worst... 1st impression last... Looks like I'm in for the worst 24 month contract experience of my life. I applied for the iPhone 5s which was approved on the 21st Nov 2013..FYI today is the 5th Dec 2013, and still have not received anything!!! I've called into your call centre over 8 times already, and I always get the same response" you will be receiving it on friday ." On Monday (2 Dec) I emailed Ronnie Kelbrick to find out when will I get the phone, and my response" we are receiving the phones in this week, as soon as we receive it we will send it to you within a few day." Just to confirm I called in today (5 Dec) to make sure that everything is in order, only to be told that I was to and that you (Cell C) will only be receiving stock in the 2nd week in December. Last week when I called I was told that I will receive the phone on friday (29 Nov 2013) Thank I never hold my breath. You guys have over and over again, and it's crazy how you can think that you can get away with it... not cool Cell C... Not cool... I can't understand why do you if you know in the 1st place that you are only receiving the phones in the 2nd week.
