I got a blackberry 9320 on contract from Vodacom, one day the phone just stopped working, there was no sign of life, the phone wasn't even 3 months old, we sent it in, waited ages for a response, we were then told it is water damage, which is impossible, we were then told small molecules of water can come inside the phone through heat? or maybe we left it next to a kettle??? I mean please... I couldn't believe that they insisted water damage and the phone is irreparable. The phone was then sent back to the Vodacom branch in Nelspruit (pinnacle) where we then later picked it up, and so I went home and put the phone in the cupboard as it is worthless, this morning curiosity killed the cat, I put it on charge and switched it on and what do you know the phone works, now the scroll isn't working, I wonder if that is also going to be blamed on water damage??? when I switched the phone on I see that (probably during repairs) my phones screen has a tiny crack on the bottom corner also, I don't want to sound like an old lady, but Vodacom I expected better... how are we going to resolve this?
