Blackberry9790 - useless phone & uselss service!!!

I sent my phone in for a software repair on 27/08, it rebooted itself, touch screen stopped working, internet never worked, rejected mdeia card etc. when i sent it in i mentioned to the consultant don't come back with water damage as the excuse as this is BB's standard line!!! on thurs 11/09 i got a msg saying my phone was on its way back and would be ready in 4working days. 4 trips to the store/phone calls later and i went to pick up my phone on sat 21/09, with not as much as a phone call to say it had arrived days earlier. they then told me low and behold there is water damage on the back cover of the keypad so they will not fix my phone. After arguing at the two sales consultants, the one agreeed that the water damage i had would have maybe cause a bit of a hardware damage but definitely not the software problems i was experiencing. I was provided the technicians name and told to follow up with MTN as i was correct! now surely as i am paying autopage that is a service that they should fulfill instead of telling the customer they are right but fight your own battles as its not their problem!!! I am now highly ticked off, upset, and without a working phone for 8 months!!!
