Over a week ago I applied in store for credit to buy a phone since mine was stolen, received wonderful great in-store service but the feedback service for Application approval is SHIT. I've been going to the store daily to check om the progress but there's always a problem. I need a Phone ASAP since I'm the Senior manager of a big Restuarant and I need to be able to contact my employees, but since I've already approved everything and gave all my details and information even approved the debit order on my bank I can't go buy a phone somewhere else. I'm sick of it. Everytime I go there I receive such great in-store service but you need to fix your online feedback progress, it's purely Shit. I feel sorry for the people working in store how are they supposed to sell for your company if you can't even approve one application.
