So called water damage on my 9360 blackberry after I just told them I had a charging problem 4 months warranty they tell me 1800 rand to replace my phone wasn't happy at all went back from store to blady store no they will get back to me 2 days latter they relooked the quote 871rand to replace it unbeliever bill how do u explain to these cup cakes managers and all that u not paying a cent I just want my phone fixed there was no way water went into my phone unless it the steam of my bath. Where in th warranty do they state that water damage can be caused by light steam or even humidity. water damage in any normal persons mind would be though of as dropping it in a body of water or spilling your glass of liquid over the phone, they leave out the details like steam or humidity or if you sweat to much it hilarious. while sitting watching a couple picking up the galaxy were called in a week later to get the battery go all the way vodacom excuse sorry we can't find the battery grew legs n ran away cum back in2 days I mean for real do they know what they doing? i will cancel all my contracts with immediate affect should dis problem not be solved all I want is my phone in working order.
