I took a modem contract with neotel in september and was not happy with the contract and returned within
7 days and i was told that the contact is teminated, In October neotel debited R820.00 from my bank account, when i contacted them they advised me that i will be credited again in the new billing (which they have no idea when is the new billing when i asked them) and now is December and still nothing is happening its sad that i have to wait for my own money because of neotel's stupidity and now when i phone these guys they put me on hold for ages, they think airtime comes for free and still no one can assist.
