Neotels supposed investigation never came to light and needless to say have not bothered to resolve this issue, which does not surprise me in the least. Now I have been handed over to the debt collection department. I have no idea what I'm being charged for as I don't even have a connected line and NO ONE from Neotel is bothering to respond to any requests for the detail of the supposed amount owed.
Neotel do not offer any service. Throughout my 24 month contract I never received any service from Neotel. Neotels accounts are ALWAYS incorrect but it's impossible to get this resolved.
Should you be a Neotel customer I guarantee your experiencing the same issue and I believe the only recourse is ICASA and the ombudsman as Neotel don't seem to give a dam about their customers or their reputation..
