Neotel
Suddenly I need to recharge my phone every month?

Sjoe. I'm more than a little unimpressed here.

My prepaid neotel phone has just started telling me that my 'prepaid validity window is about to expire'. Now I know I just bought R200 worth of airtime recently, so why would it be telling me that? I check my airtime and I have about R360 worth of airtime. So I phone the nice lady at customer service and she tells me I need to recharge my phone every 30 days or the validity of the airtime expires. Que? EVERY 30 DAYS? I cannot buy airtime in bulk? When did this start happening? I've had a few Neotel phones before and never have I been told that I need to recharge every 30 days. Neotel also happens to be the ONLY network that I cannot buy airtime for through my internet and cellphone banking with FNB. So I need to physically leave my house, go to a shop and buy airtime EVERY SINGLE MONTH WITHOUT FAIL? I just phoned my other friend with Neotel and her airtime validity expires in 2015? So why is it different for me? To top it all off, when I tried to complain to Neotel on their contact form It keeps bouncing because I cannot keep my ranting within 200 CHARACTERS?? Can anyone from Neotel solve this for me?
