Horrible Service

I have been a Neotel customer for a while now, and suddenly I cannot top up my Prepaid USB device for internet access with their 24GB bundle, and the call centre tells me I must go to a Neotel shoo to buy a voucher. Why do they think I always bought it online (an EFT to their bank account)? Because I cant get to a Neotel shop!

I was very happy with my Neotel Internet Service but now they are making it impossible for me to use it anymore.

Great show Neotel. I am so very very dissapointed in you guys.

Get your act together and make it possible to top up with a 24GB bundle again?!?!
