Incorect billing, false misinformation

I got a neotel month to month contract, in may 2013.
I signed up for the 10 GB package.
I used my 10 GB for may and was billed for may for out of bundle fees ~ R 800.

Neotel with false inaccurate information even gave me a paper saying I have a 24 month contract, on the phone they said I have the month to month contract.

They said I went out of bundle, with more misinformation Neotel made me buy 2 vouchers of R 150. I could not load these vouchers. And Neotel doesn't want to buy back these vouchers.

I even advised 3 people to get Neotel, 2 of them currenly have it, the other 1 withdraw waiting for my case to be settled.

I spend hours over the phone with Neotel, I have never received such poor, misinformation from any other company. As I see it they give you false information and then later when they took your money they say the information was false.

They said on the phone I will received 10 GB data for may, confirmed by a Neotel employee. False information.
Invoiced me for almost 10 GB out of bundle, and took the money. Since last year they have never refunded me for this false information.
I suspect they build their business on this false information tactic.
