I had a capped line with Telkom for 6 months, then upgraded the line in March 2013 to 1 MB, uncapped ADSL, only to find out months later that my line speed is not 1 MB but actually 384 kbps!! This is daylight!! I am paying for a service that I was not receiving!! And now Telkom has no idea why my line speed was not upgraded, when I upgraded my account! And to top it of, Telkom got rid of 384kbps lines months ago
I want a full refund from March 2013 until date because I was paying for a service that I was not receiving!
