Firstly I phoned Autopage in midrand to confirm if I can do an upgrade on my VODACOM account... was told yes, drove all the way from PTA east to Midrand, got there... sorry sir we can not??? wasted 1 hour of my time and my money wrt transport and work. at 10am they said they will call me back, at 15:30 I PHONED THEM back and old Thabo answered the phone (NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS what so ever) Altec Autopage (The whole Comp is a joke) Altec must do my upgrade by bringing everything to my work/house or pay me back my losses of 1 hours work transport AND E-Toll cost.
