Good Day

i have been sending through several queries regarding my account with Altec Auto page, i have made a payment and also advised the consultant Andrew (from altec auto page) MTN will be paying the amount from there side (money which was sent into MTN account by error, proof have been sent as well last year AND STILL NOTHING AS BEEN DONE). FOR THIS MONTH'S PAYMENT MY MONEY IS STILL IN MY ACCOUNT WHICH WAS NOT DEBITED - THERE ISNT ANY PROBLEM WITH MY BANK SO THATS NOT AN EXCUSE. WITH OUT QUERYING THIS WITH ME ALTEC AUTO PAGE HAVE SUSPENDED MY LINE!

i have faxed through proof of payment and then once again month end time altec auto page is quering the payment. How long more is this going to take for someone to get they act together and help the customorS. It's my time and money which is being used.
i expect a feedback today or else i will be taking this matter to the Consumer councils as well as the papers
