I spoke to Mohamed at Nashua mobile and he agreed to provide me with an upgrad of my existing contract which include a tablet and call as much as you like on land lines or any cell phone for R1, 800 per month.
When I called back to find out if I could collect, they told me there was not stock. After two weeks I received notification to collect from Nedbank building in Sandton.

I then went and collect and 1) the airtime was not ready yet. They told me it would be ready by 1st of December. 2) At the time of the order telephonically, I instructed to have a proper three pin wall socket with my tablet. This was not there. 3) At the time of the order telephonically, I instructed to have Skype loaded. This was also not loaded and they sent me to Sandton City to have that done.

When I called to complain that I have not received the new airtime package, they, they told me it was never ordered. Then when I spoke to Mohamed, he said this is not his deal, Simpiwe did the transaction and he is not available to talk to me. Mohamed promised that Simpiwhe would call me that afternoon, which he never did. I am still waiting...
