Well it all stared two weeks ago when I lost my phone, I knew that my upgrade date must be close now, so I called altec to confirm my upgrade date, and spoke to a Pretty '' Mr Scamuzzi your upgrade date is now you can upgrade will get a consultant to contact you'' a few hours later here a lady calls from altec and we go thru the whole possess the next thing I know '' Mr Scamuzzi you are only due for an upgrade in July'' I made such a fool of my self telling her is impossible, I then spoke to Pretty this morning and she told me I can upgrade and carried on with her she's doing something wrong, but she was right and I'm wrong. Got home that afternoon and spoke about it at dinner my partner then tells me that he is sure u can make a payment upfront to pay in the months that is left before an upgrade due the next day phoned in, and spoke to a sheriek yes mr scamuzzi we can arrange that and if u can make a payment today still, the amount of R305.00 we can do an upgrade today still.
