Having 2nd thoughts for using Altec Autopage

Got cell-C 2gig data contract Jan 2013. Received invoice of /- R320.00 for a R119.00 service in Feb 2013?
I am charged for data i have not used yet? Then I try and contact Autopage but you speak to a computer for 10 min and then wait for ever for a person to try and explain the invoice. I call again and after a very long wait a person answers your call, uhm i would like to restrict my data to 2gig no problem just give us you e-mail and papers will be e-mailed It's not happened yet so I contact them via Customer contact e-mail now I have to wait 24 hours?
Get you act together
I should have logged in to hellopeter first before I thought of using Autopage
I regret that I took out a contract of 2 years at Altec Autopage
