IMPOSSIBLE BILLING from Alech Autopage

Altech reference 254715 and A1306141453 Not addressed!

I received a horrendous bill for the month of May as well as numerous inflated bills the last few months.

I was told by the call centre that I used my full 5 gigs in 5 days and thus being charged for this. I have not even used my full 5 gigs on most months but receive sms that im out of bundle rates. When I call, Vodacom assures me that I am still perfectly within my limit I would like to have this matter addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.
A few point to keep in mind;
? I have been a loyal payer and subscriber to the Altech SuperCall company since 1999. In this time there has been no defaulted payments.
? I have been inundated with complex billing structures and incompetent advice.
