I have contract through Altec Autopage on the MTN network, when I phone MTN regarding a network related problem, they tell me to phone Altec Autopage. When I do get through to MTN customer care, they can't even see my number on there system but they are the network supplier and my number is active. I use the sim card in my galaxy tablet and when it connects on HSDPA on the internet it is fine but it jumps between HSDPA and when3G and when on 3G it does not work and when you want to report the problem you get told to phone this one and this one tells you to phone that one and the calls is costing money and my problem doesn't get solved
