Altec autopage your service is disgusting. Customer Service. I cancelled my contract ont he 4 March 2013 and asked to keep my number on pre-paid. I received and sms to confirm they received my cancellation request. The next day my line was suspended and it took autopage 4 days to get it back up. Eventually it gets fixed. Yesterday (2 May 2013) I try make a call again my line is suspended I called Vodacom, since that's my pre-paid service provider they told me my line is still with autopage and worst of all the contract is still active. I called the call center. ( 3May 2013) at 10:30am and they said it would be fixed within 2-24 hours. Today (4 May 2013) and my line is still not back on. I went to my nearest branch only to find out that's it's 2-24 working hours now I have to wait till Monday with no guarantee that it will be fixed. The call center lady I spoke to said they work on weekends which was a blatantly lie...
