Hi.it has come to my attention that that virgin mobile Network cannot provise its Prepaid subscribers with Multi Media Services (Photo). I have been trying to send send Photos (i do have Airtime -Message centre number -number valid) to all networks.i have sent a request for OTA settings and still waiting. I called the Call Centre on 123 (customer Service) agent gave me *103*1# i sent the number and still no joy.i called in on Monday only to find out that they (Virgin Mobile) are having a problem with this service. I asked why there was no Bulk Sms sent to all Subscribers to inform of this problem. Agent could not answer... The network is always ready to tell you that you have to recharge but nothing for services that you cannot provide. VERY IRATE SUBSCRIBER.(P.S. oh yes all the other networks can send MMS.. do i have to change..?)
