Send phone in for keypad repairs, they told me i Must Send the battery in with the phone i said no the last Time the battery got replaced and i do not what to send the battery in vodacom keywest said no you must send it in, I said to them no the battery is going to get replaced or it would go missing they asure me that it wound happend, on 28 November 2013 I get my phone back no battery, on Monday 2 December 2013 warren said the phone battery is there to be collected, 3 December 2013 I went to collect the battery, then they said they cannot find the battery and then the maneger went to look 16 min later no body and they phoning I had to leave and go to work.
