The least virgin mobile could have done is send their clients a bulk sms and let them ALL KNOW THAT THEY WILL HAVE NO NETWORK COVERAGE FOR A DAY, maybe 2 days... and that all clients will show a nil balance if they dial *101#...i have not been able to send a sms or make a fone call today, and neither has my husband... say if we had broken down somewhere and had to make an emergancy call??? i think this is shocking behaviour... i certainly dont think i will be running to Virgin Mobile to renew my contract and neither will my husband... UNRELIABLE!!!
