2 problems, the 1st is on a prepaid number that I have.
Since Saturday I have not been able to phone out or sms from that number, but I can receive incoming calls, There are no barrings active on that number. I can't even phone customer services from that no.
I have phone "customer care" from another phone on Saturday and Sunday for the same problem, only to be told the problem has been escalated. well it is now Monday afternoon and still am having the same problem with that number, and nobody has come back to me to tell me what is happening

Secondly I have a contract and want to transfer airtime from my contract no to my prepaid no, I was able to transfer once before, but now when I try transfer airtime, the system tells me I have insufficient airtime, please recharge with R10 or more airtime.! I have over R350 on my contract!!! Virgin mobile must wake up or they will be losing more and more clients
