April 2013 I upgrade with my 2 year contract! The consultant @ Vodacom Savannah, Polokwane, asked me if - want to uplift my airtime to a higher premium because he can see that I buy more airtime through the month? So I asked the consultant will I still have BBM, Whatsupp, Facebook on my new contact? The consultant replied YES!!! After 3 months my BBM, Whatsupp, Facebook is not working! So I phoned 082111, customer care, to find out from the lady that it has expired!!! Ooooiiii so I went to the Vodacom Shop, did not find the consultant who helped me in April with the upgrade, so this consultant helping me and after a while he came with an answer that my BBM, Whatsupp & Facebook has expired!!! There was an amount in arrears, which I paid all the same day! The consultant said that a consultant would phone me the next day, Saturday, no one has phoned! Saterday I spend time with some friends! So here is an interesting story... He told me that when you upgrade you forfiht your benefits and that you have to buy your bundles EXTRA each month!!! I'm furious because it was not explaind to me the day when I upgraded. People are complaining about bad service
