Still being charged for contract that expired 2012

I took 2 cellphone contracts with Vodacom in October 2010, one of these contracts I have already upgraded, the other one I do not want to upgrade. I am still being billed every month for the other contract, R310 for the 24 month handset installment (now in month 30), R59 for BIS and R185 for the subscription, a total of R554 per month. I phoned Vodacom around 3 weeks ago and spoke to a consultant at the upgrades department, he had a look and agreed that there was a problem and requested a refund for me etc. I called back a week later to follow up and there was no request on the system for me. I call and call, am on hold for ages, I even tried the vodashop branch where I took the contracts - I just cannot get this sorted out. Worst service I have ever received, and I have been a Vodacom customer for 8 years, upgrading every 2 years. Absolutely shocking.
