Good Day,
2nd hellopeter complaint in my second month.
Last month i had an early upgrade which did not go through; there were numerous back and forth liaising with Vodacom regarding this, apperently there was a delay in the migration everywhere.
This month i have not received my R500 top airtime as yet and its already the 3rd of December!
I called Vodacom; they adivsed it will take them 2 to 6 hours yesterday already. This has still not happend, what if i was stranded in the middle of knowhere...!

Usually a top up is done by the customer when they run out of airtime NOT when they are suppose to be allocated airtime from the service provider.
