Clearly he cant read - BAD service MTNSP

I have a serious complaint about the MTN SP online department, I applied for a S3 for my boyfriend last year, when I applied online I applied for an Anytime 200 deal monthly cost R389 pm. When the cellphone arrived the contract stated Anytime 100 deal monthly cost R239pm. It shocked me as that was not even the package I applied for. I called MTN to ask them to send me the invoice for the contact the amount on the invoice indicated R339 I then called the so call sales person Vusumzi Dube from MTN SP he said to me, no the phone is R239 a month and I must pay R100 for my R100 air time totaling R339 now I am sorry never ever have a hear anything like that from a cellphone network before. What you see is the monthly amount you pay on top up contracts nowhere does it indicate "promo fees" as he is calling it. After tons of calls and explaining the whole story to so many different call center staff as the managers never seem to be availed to talk, I told the call center just to change the package back then to the one I applied for my very competent sales person then sends me an email after I asked him what the contacts amount now will be he replies R399 now I am not a person with deg
