I tried calling your call center about 8 to 10 times today and all i get is THANK YOU FOR CALLING DSTV CALL CENTER and then the call drops and finally i get thru and i held on for almost 20 mins and eventually dropped as i was calling from my cellphone. i am really upset at this as these wasted phone calls and besides your call center number is not free. My query is regarding my invoice. i suspended my service last year Dec as i was going on holiday and then re activated in Jan and now i get an invoice to pay R814.32 and i am not sure how you get to this amount.
Please advise why no debit was taken off in dec and then i paid R278.00 in Jan and now i owe R814.32 to be paid in Feb...
This does not make any sense at all for me to pay that amoutn when my monthly premium is R280.80
