CUSTOMER SERVICE - COMPLAINT

On 29 January 2013 I report the poor network coverage via Cell C's website. The message after sending the e-mail was that a consultant will shortly phone me back. Today is the 31st - two days passed and nobody contacted me!!! Service is poor as well as their coverage in our area!

The coverage is extremely poor and my phone is of no use to me!
