Why do I apply online???

I applied for an additional contract online on Tuesday 14 May 2013 - I received an e-mail with a ref number: 6580401. I phoned the number today supplied in the e-mail.

They do not care about the ref. Asked me my ID number, then what phone I applied for and what package. Why would I go through the process of doing this online... what is the ref number for.

This is a waste of time and I told the agent that I do not have time for this now. If I gave them the ref - THEY SHOULD KNOW - PHONE APPLIED FOR AND PACKAGE...

MTN's service is getting just as bad as their signal, dropped calls etc...

Seriously... Vodacom... can you take over my 5 contracts I have with MTNNSP (MTN No Service Provider)...

I have R3000 - R5000 a month to spend with you... maybe Cell C would give me better service

Oh well... I don't suppose this will be sorted out soon... as I am just one of the million MTN customers!!
