Why do I never receive monthly invoices from Multichoice? Every other company that I owe money to on a monthly basis sends me a statement and invoice of how much I owe, but I never receive anything from Multichoice. I just get asked: "do you know what date your payment is due? " "If so, you don't need a statement/invoice." I am legally entitled to a statement/invoice. When I first took out a package, the monthly amount was so small I decided to pay an annual amount up-front. However, I never received any statements to tell me each month how much was left, until I was disconnected! I have been into the Randburg branch twice, if not three times to sort out this issue but I still experience problems, which is why I am now coming to HelloPeter.
