Almost a year ago she had a hosting package with you were offering a R19 uncapped solution. (10 X less the current one)
We applied in store, a week passed we phoned and were told there was details missing filled in the form and then we sent it back.
Got conformation, conditions communicated
I thought it was sorted and only at the end of last year while redoing their website found out it was not.
Note it took 4 different call centre agents to figure that out!
I then ended up speaking to a call centre and technical manager who explained that the move was not possible.
But they would look into it and come back to me with an acceptable solution.
FYI still no update, refund, or package change.
She is charged more the 10 times the agreed cost, I would call this, don't know what you call it?
If you still cannot move the site I suggest you do the following
1.Add a site email to the package, [Email Removed] this was offered to the R19 package
2.Refund the client the difference for the charges for the last year
3.Add a discount or bill her only R19 per month
Please try and offer a solution for this.
