Illegal billing

Applied for my unlimited contract, which included a Samsung S3 and 2 data bundle, all went well i signed up etc. Had a fix monthly premium of -R1500, which i paid up to date and had no issues. A good 8 months later i get debit orders subtracted of my account with the amount of R1756.50 for May, R2756.50 for June, R3948.60 for July, R3684.02 for August. This is unacceptable and i was furious as i made zero changes to my contract, i contacted the Woodlands offices after speaking to every sales person explaining my problem, they listen till the end and than tell me sorry i cant help you and transfers me to the next person who does the same, all from my cell phone using over 30mins of my airtime, and they refuse to call the manager on the phone. I than found the number for the 8ta billing department who does the exact same thing sending me from person to person with zero response! They claim someone called from Cape Town, im in PTA, with my ID number and applied for two samsung S3's, in which they authorized with zero of my permission or consent. The debit orders continue to come off my account and running me into debt, but they'll do nothing about it or willing to assist me in any way.
