TWO PROBLEMS.
1. I'm still waiting for feedback on the line fault I reported 2 weeks ago!!
2. I want to upgrade my line speed on MWEB but am getting no reply to my emails to [Email Removed] apart from the auto responders.
The call centres are no better, I am still waiting for my upgrade form I asked for two days ago after waiting for 15 minutes on the line,
I have since sent instructions to Billing and Sales @mweb to cancel my service as I will be moving to Afrihost.
And yes, my ADSL line has still not been fixed after reporting it two weeks ago!
Your service levels have plummeted. Please attend to my problems or just communicate with me if it will take longer than expected!!
