In October I took out a contract with Callum for a contract that was being advertised: A vodacom Package that had 75 ANYTIME minutes and 150sms' among other things. Also included was a Galaxy Pocket Phone and a Playstation 3 console. The day after applying Callum called to inform me that the special had passed but there was another one very similar but it only included 100sms' (This was noted as I liked the 150sms' advertised in the previous one.) He said that that was the only difference between the packages and the price was similar so I told him to go ahead.

Ii have been unhappy with my account over the past few months so i called in to complain this morning. During the conversation i was told that I do not receive ANY anytime minutes on the package that I am on and that all the minutes are only for weekends. I disagreed with the consultant as I was CERTAIN that the contract I applied for had 75 anytime minutes.

I would not have accepted this as my wife (who is using the phone) uses the phone during the day and I wanted a contract with a certain number of anytime minutes. I have the electronic copy of the ebrochure which clearly states the above.
