Vodacom was running a promotion when I upgraded to an Iphone 5.
The package included 250mins, made up as follows:
1) 130 anytime
2) 60 more weekend minutes
3) 60 Vodacom to Vodacom minutes
1 2 have been allocated to my account, but not #3. Needless to say, this is not what I signed up for...
4 calls to the call centre later and I am still nowhere. I have requested a copy of my contract to prove my case, but if this does not get sorted I will approach the magistrates court to repudiate the contract as these terms are not what I agreed to. Vodacom will then just lose another customer and a phone. Both which they don't seem to care about.
