I requested an upgrade on the 7th or 8th Jan 2013, together with my request i asked for my contract to move immediately from the 100 anytime minutes to the 400 anytime minutes, 400 megs, and 400 sms's. When i spoke to the lady that did the upgrade she did not indicate to me this would be a problem. She then called me back during that week to tell me that it wouldnt be possible as i had to wait for may, in the interim however i had already recieved the new phone. I told her if i am not going to move to the new package i dont want the phone and she must have someone come pick it up. She then said that she would request for the early upgrade in terms of the contract and that it will be done on the 23rd Jan. I call today an i am told that this is not true and the upgrade in terms of my new package will only be done in May. On a voice recorded line i was to by your agent. I want either the immediate upgrade to the new 400 package or you can have someone fetch this phone as i agreed to the terms of the contract on provision that my package upgrade be done. Your agent spoke to me over a voice recorded line now find it and give me what i want!
