Cell C
Always "out of stock"

I went into Cell C Kolonnade to get a new contract with a iPhone.

I was told there is a waiting list. So I said fine after the sales woman told me they are receiving 20 iPhones on Thursday the 24th of January! The 24th has come and gone and still no call to say its coming, or there is no stock! I finally found out only 3 phones were delivered! 3???

Now, Cell C should have really upped there game... the iPhone has a huge following... and not making sure they supply enough phones to there branches is, well, pathetic! I honestly dont care what the terms and conditions state about "meeting anticipated demand" and "offering a reasonable alternative"... and NO alternative has been offered to me thank you very much!

I even went into the Northgate branch hoping for some luck... NOTHING! waiting list!!! And I queried whether the 1000 phones per store have been reached... the one salesman told me they havent even received 1000 phones... INTERESTING!

Now is it too much to ask for a contract that I want, with the phone I want? Wihout being to, or pushed from pillar to post!

I await a response!
