Nashua Mobile Cheats Customers

I have been a Nashua Mobile client for about 10 years now. However, over the past few years I have always felt I've been receiving sub standard service compared to those who deal straight with Vodacom. Never the less I've learned to live with the fact that client services isn't 24/7 and there's no toll free number. That there isn't a readily available email address to contact anyone, and that there walk in stores are just plain rubbish!

However, what has pushed me over the edge is that in the last 2 years I've received 4 faulty phones and now after migrating to a Vodacom Smart Standard 130 (Vodacom customers receive 130 anytime minutes 60 weekend minutes 60 VC-VC minutes for R390) I have realised I only receive 130 anytime 60 weekend minutes. After querying this, a week later and a dozen emails and phone calls past, I was told that what Vodacom offers on their Smart Standard 130 isn't necessarily the same as what Nashua offers on their Smart Standard 130 - despite the price being the same? being the same package? and being the same network?

Tell me again why I'm with Nashua? If anything they should be better, not worse than VC. I'll be cancelling my contract when it's due!
