BE CAREFULL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE GUYS

LAST YEAR ABOUT OCTOBER I RENEWED MY CONTRACT AND DECIDED TO GO FOR A SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 AS THIS IS THE PHONE I WANTED AND THE DEAL WAS PERFECT FOR MY BUSINESS. THE OWNER OF THE SHOP TOLD ME I GET 75 ANYTIME MINUTES AND THAT AN ADDITIONAL 25 MINUTES ANYTIME VODACOM TO VODACOM MINUTES.this he confirmed with his sales staff. I SAID GREAT AND FOR THE AMOUNT OF R299 I THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD DEAL AS I NEEDED A CONTRACT THAT WILL CATER FOR MY BUSINESS.IN DECEMBER I GET A BILL OF R800 ODD AND IM BEYOND SHOCKED?! when i went to one of the malls to enquire about my bill they informed me all was in order and that the amount was right. WHAT THE!!!? i checked my balance always and there was always minutes left.then the pin dropped. the 75 minutes was off peak and the 25 minutes was anytime. now im stuck with a bill and all because I WAS DUPED BY THE OWNER OF THE STORE. on the 27 of december i phoned the head (ache) office and told them of my problem.till today 11/3/13 they still getting backl to me and still sorting things out. WOW AND YOU CALL THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WELL HIT ME OVER THE HEAD AND DRAG ME INTO THE CAVE!! THIS IS!!! HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!?
