Incident 4177172, 6712636
1. Since June/July NO coverage. Technician confirmed Aug/Sep there is no coverage. A month later the store tells me they have no note of this call out, yet we received sms.
2. Device was tested in store Aug/Sep & is not faulty
3. I have been to the telkom store no less than 5 times over 3 months to push the issue of cancelling contract and getting refund for 4-5 months. Again technicians confirmed there's no coverage in the area.
4. They asked in work hrs to come into our flat to test coverage & we declined saying we are at work, they can gain access to the complex and test the signal, which was twice before confirmed to be no coverage in the area.
5. Sms was sent beginning Nov stating contract is cancelled, yet an installment went off end Nov, billing telling me there's no note of cancellation
6.Thank I forced store assistant to cc me in on the forms he sent to cancellations 4 Nov.
I am disgusted & frustrated to tears as R800-R1000 is a lot of money to us & this service and outcome is horrific.
