In June I bough the 25G Telkom special after checking coverage. However when I log on I get no connection. I called the call centre and went to the Clearwater store on several occasions. Eventually after the third visit a technician was sent out who confirmed that I have no coverage, despite what the website says.
I went the next day to Clearwater mall again and they said they would lodge a request for a refund. I called today to get progress and surprise surprise no refund is lodged on the system.
Telkom to say you have coverage and only once they have your money do they advise they do not and then it is impossible to get the money back
