I took out a data contract with 8ta on 11 June 2013, after the consultant check for network availability in my area (I had full 3G 8ta coverage according to their map). I went the store after two days of taking out the contract because there was no signal and I could no make any use of the data without signal. I had to log several cases with 8ta technical with no feedback at all. On 28 June they allowed me to cancel the contract, after 3 weeks a technician attended to one of the 3 cases logged, because there was no coverage in my area and won't be soon.
I went to the store several time to check for cancellation, but even the store can't get a hold of 8ta cancellations. Since the 28th of June, the contract is still active and have not received any feedback from the store or 8ta cancellations.
