My name is Joyce Moshokgo, and I am hereby lodging a complaint against NP Legal1, which has been debiting R260 from my account without my consent. I was informed that they were only checking to see if I qualified for their services, but later, money was deducted from my account, and it appears that this transaction cannot be reversed. This situation is particularly distressing as I really need that money to pay for my child's school fees.
