Zalisa activation

I am a frontliner at spec-savers savannah and its been a month now that i have requested a zalisa activation for a patient and i haven't been assisted till today i have sent several emails and they just reply that i should wait for response the loyalty numbers they give are they are in other patients names or they are a no result found. The patient is now angry thinking that we don't want to assist him.
