In early October I migrated from MTN to Telkom Mobile. Before migrating I checked the signal/coverage on the Telkom Mobile website and also confirmed coverage at the Telkom store at The Glen shopping centre - Coverage was good!
Turns out that signal is not good and I have "No Service", I logged a query with Telkom mobile (Query Reference No. 6866237). A Telkom Mobile/8ta technician was dispatched to my residence, he confirmed there was no signal in what was supposed to be a 3G covered area. He confirmed that he would need to report his findings.
It has been many weeks now without any feedback and no improvement in the signal. Numerous calls to the Telkom mobile call centre have been fruitless, feedback is that there is no feedback yet!
