No Feedback after Contract Cancellation Request

I am extremely disappointed with he service I have received from Telkom Mobile. I have taken a LTE data contract and was assured that I would get signal at the place where I reside (through Telkom's coverage map).

After finding out that I do not get any LTE signal, I requested a contract cancellation within 7 days after initiation. Telkom Mobile assured me that it was possible to cancel my contract due to no coverage and they they would send a technician to my place to confirm that I indeed had no signal.

The Telkom technician checked the signal, confirmed that I was not getting anything and wrote his report. I had no feedback for a week. Then, after querying it with Telkom Mobile, they sent another technician who also confirmed I received no coverage.

Its been 2 weeks since the second technician confirmed I had no signal. I've phoned Telkom Mobile numerous times and they keep saying they are waiting for the network division to write their report.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. It's been almost a month since I gave them my request and they have not sorted it. I am still paying for a service that I cannot use!!! This is unacceptable
