Matters with regard to no assistance in new Mahindra Karoo.

At the end of October 2023 I bought a new Mahindra Pik up 2.2 mHawk SC 4x4 S6 Karoo, the sales person in this sale was Quinten Damster (Contact nr : 063 292 0192) of the BB Hatfield Mahindra Branch, the delivery was quick, but all the events / and assistance after the sale were a disgrace.
Shortly after the delivery of the Pik up, I noticed that the wipers did mal-function, they would go past the turning point, I then took the Pik up to our newly appointed Piet Retief branch (Mark: Contact nr 0824514778), were they had to replace the entire wiper system with a new one.
Then on Tuesday the 9th of January 2024, the wheel bearing collapsed on the left front wheel, The Pik up just had over 8000km on the odometer, I contacted Mahindra Piet Retief who send out a mechanic (Johann Theron 078 635 9307, to assess the damage, I have to add that this is by far the only person who gave his 100% to assist, eventually we had to get the towing service to take the Pik up to the garage.
Here they started to order parts – it is 3 weeks later and I still do not have the Pik up, as from the start I contacted Quinten, who made empty promises, I told him I need a new vehicle or the money back due to the fact that as from the start this Pik up gave problems,
I requested from the Piet Retief Branch at least a temporary vehicle, no luck, there was no Vehicle available, and got no assistance. The Piet Retief Branch later told me I need to settle this issue with the branch I bought it from, meaning BB Hatfield, I again contacted Quinten, again he promised, no luck,.( as proof I have all the correspondence and Whatts up)
On Friday Mark from Piet Retief Branch informed me that a temporarily vehicles available, which I am grateful for, because I had to lease a vehicle for 3 weeks.
I then requested the managers number from BB Hatfield Friday 2nd of February 2024, Eric 071 105 3984 (new Manager of BB Hatfield) he told me then that he never heard of this complain, how is this possible ?, for the past 3 weeks I was in contact with Quinten, someone is not telling the truth.
The manager then told me that Piet Retief must repair the Pik up and then they will make an offer. I don’t not need an offer, I need the money to replace the vehicle!!!
Nobody is taking responsibility, when the Pik up was ordered, and paid the delivery was quick, but as soon as problems started, everyone, as from the salesman to the manager are throwing a blind eye.
I call this pathetic, and need to know the next step? Ombudsman? Lawyers? or is there someone who can take responsibility and give the aftercare service that an owner needs, because if the aftercare is like this, Mahindra is not my Pik up choice.
