How can Vodacom World help a customer?

Hi There
I've been a Vodacom Client for many years now. i saw a deal on a Blackberry Q10 available until 06/12/13 in the current Vodacom World Specials booklet and its only available @ a store called Metro. What is not specified is that Metro only has ONE store... in Midrand. I called up the store (Metro) who says that they donot deliver the units and that i would have to send a courier to collect it. I think it's unfair to limit a deal to a specific region, especially if you call yourselves Vodacom World. Surely, Vodacom has branches all over South Africa and would be able to send this unit to me internally, free of charge?
